In the coal conveying process (stockyard → crusher → raw coal bunker), Datang XX Thermal faced three major issues:
- Frequent Stalling Faults: Belts running under high load lacked effective monitoring, leading to sudden stalling, production halts, higher maintenance costs, and safety risks.
- Opaque Production Process :Without real-time objective data, fault tracing and efficiency assessment were difficult, limiting refined management.
- Health Impact from Coal Dust :High dust concentration posed occupational health risks for manual inspections.
